WARRANTY & RETURNS
We do not provide returns for change of mind / no longer required / purchased incorrect product for product purchases so please choose carefully. This includes orders that have not been shipped yet as all orders are final.

JWB Customs Winch Bars have a 6 month structural defects warranty and damaged on receipt from shipping. To claim a defective warranty photo evidence will be required, including packaging if shipped. It will then be at the discretion of JWB Customs whether the product is repair, replaced or refunded.
Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or wear and tear caused outside of our recommended usage for the product will void any warranty along with any cutting, drilling, incorrect installation or modifications in any way.

Dobinson suspension lift kits come with a manufacturers 3 year warranty on the shocks and struts, lifetime warranty for their springs. Manufacturing defect warranty claims for Dobinson suspension may be directed to the manufacturer.

Replacement soft tops have a 3 months warranty on manufacturing defects. Replacement, repair and or refund will be at the discretion of JWB Customs.

Photo evidence is required for all warranty and damaged on receipt claims. Damaged shipping claims will need photos of the product still inside the packaging showing the damage otherwise the warranty will be void. The product will need to be returned in its original packaging for returns to be accepted for damaged on receipt claims. Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
JWB Customs is not liable for any damage, loss or equivalent costs associated with any of our products failing. Use of our products outside of JWB Customs recommended usage will void any warranties. Warranty and/or return claims will only be accepted once full payment for the item as been received and cleared in our accounts.

Shipping prices are valid for major cities. Shipping to remote locations may incur extra charges and shipping times so contact us before purchasing to avoid any confusion and confirm shipping prices to your suburb and postcode.

Payments accepted in our shopping cart are provided by 3rd party companies, we do not store or collect your credit card or Paypal information. We store your name, postal address, mobile number and purchased products for customers who have purchased from our website or over the phone. We will only share your delivery information with our suppliers where required for shipping purposes.
Where "Free Shipping" is selected, we will use a standard postage service.
Shipping times: We have estimated our shipping times from previous order delivery times and it is an estimate only. No refunds or returns will be accepted for delayed shipping items as this is out of our control.
Order-in products: Some of our products are special ordered through our suppliers which don't always carry stock and may need to manufacture / assemble the product. Lead times on products is estimated for each product and may take more or less time til its ready for shipping. Most of our Order-in products will be sent direct from our suppliers to the customer to increase shipping time and reduce double shipping costs.
JWB Customs manufactured products are designed in house. Engineering certifications required are outsourced to registered automotive engineers for products such as our towbars to make them compliant with ADRs. We currently do not make Airbag compatible accessories. Some of our products may require engineering certification once attached to your vehicle for roadworthy purposes, this is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their vehicle and modifications / alterations are complying with their local road authority.
We do not guarantee our products to be ADR compliant useless stated so in the product description. Some of our products are intended for competition use and may not be road legal.
We want the best and smoothest transport for your items so we will include insurance cover on all shipping.
