Brand new G16A G16B cylinder block made with high precision and quality materials. TriForce have developed a replacement G16A G16B cylinder block with the same bore size of 75mm as your existing engine. Also features cast in steel liners, unique serial number, steel welsh plugs, bearing end caps and bolts.

TriForce Precision Engines offer a 12 month manufacturer standard use warranty so you can trust the qualilty of their products!
 
Suits all G16A G16B motors in the follow:
*Suzuki Vitara 1988 to 1998 with a 1.6 litre G16A or G16B engine
*Suzuki Grand Vitara 1998 to 2005 with a 1.6 litre G16B engine
*Suzuki Baleno with a 1.6 litre G16B engine
*Suzuki APV Van with 1.6 litre G16B engine
*Suzuki X-90 with 1.6 litre G16B engine
 
Also suits conversions or motor projects using a G16A or G16B engine.
 
 
Warranty:
*12 months manufacturers limited warranty on defects and for standard application use.
*Defective on arrival must be notifed by email with photos and description to us within 3 days.
*Installation must be done by a qualified engine mechanic at a engine assembly/building shop and details recorded.
*Installation must be done within 28 days of receiving the product and must be kept inside its original packaging. This is to ensure the products remain in good condition and corrosion free.
*Services and maintenance to be done as per the original owners manual or every 5000km oil changes. First oil changed within 500km, second 3000km and then every 5000km after.
