Our Sierra flat pack kit is availble as a bumper only kit with the options to add the flat pack kits for the spare tyre swing out and/or the jerry can swing out. We design out flat packs to take out the difficult folding part by providing cuts along the fold lines so they can be bent on a bench and hold position before welding the corner.
This kit includes 3mm thick mild steel centre and wings plates, wing end infill plates and 8 tailight bracket plates.
The add-on spare tyre swing away arm flat pack kit includes 3mm thick mild steel spare wheel mounting plate, 5 triangle gusset plates, the tube end infill plates and the locking latch plates.
The add-on jerry can swing away arm flat pack kit includes 3mm thick mild steel front, sides, bottom and 2 x back pieces for the jerry can holder and also 1 tube infill piece and the locking latch plates.

- Welder, grinder plus additional tools where required.
- Welding and measure skills.
- Swing out pivot axles and locking latches (available from ebay as a set or individually)
- 50x50x3mm square hollow section tube approximate lengths:
- Jerry can swing out arm 1 x 420mm

We provide a warranty on incorrect parts supplied only as this is a kit and you will need to assemble and weld. Instructions not included as this is a build-your-own kit and you can customise it how you like.
We don't offer a fabrication service unfortunately so we aren't able to make them, just offer the kits.
